Industrial Land
Industrial Land uses the following categories:
- Factories
- Warehouses
Retail Land
Retail Land uses the following categories:
- Retail Stores
- Shops
- Showrooms
- Stores and Shopping Centres
Derelict Land
Land so damaged by previous industrial or other development
that it is incapable of beneficial use without treatment.
Vacant Land
Land which is now vacant and could be redeveloped without treatment

Land and Property Developers and Investors need to have regard to:
- The Local Planning Authority Development Plan
- National Policies and Advice
- Any guidance issued by the Secretary of State
